We guarantee that our prices are the lowest you'll find anywhere online. If you find a lower price on another website within 10 days after your purchase from Proopticals.com, we will refund you 110% of the difference up to the price of the item on our site.
To receive the Lowest Price Guarantee store credit:
- The product must have been purchased from Proopticals and it must be the exact same product (manufacturer, brand name and parameters) on the lower priced online merchant.
- The lower priced online merchant must have the product currently in stock and be an established site as determined by Proopticals.
- Shipping & handling charges, sales taxes and other charges (if any) will be included in determining the price difference.
- This guarantee is limited to three claims in any 30-day period per customer and/or eight identical items per customer.
- This guarantee cannot be combined with any other coupon code/offer and does not apply to special effect/Halloween lenses, custom lenses, RGP or made-to-order lenses.
- This offer is exclusive to eyeglasses are not eligible.

At Proopticals.com, we do our best to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced perfectly and according to the prescription and specific needs of our customers.
Our team of optical experts inspects the accuracy of the prescription lenses and the frames alignment several times during the production process.
We also make sure that during delivery the frames are protected with a durable and resistant hard case and a microfiber cloth.
In case that you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses you may return them to us and avail of either a One-Time replacement OR a refund (shipping costs NOT included).
Our guarantee also applies in all of these events:
- Frames are too big or small
- Colors don’t suit you
- Wife or husband doesn’t like the frame
- New collection just came out
Refund Terms and Conditions:
- The above policy is only valid if and when:
- Returns are made within 30 business days of receiving the frames.
- Customer contacts Customer Service WITHIN 10 business days of receiving their eyeglasses.
- The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
- A tracking number of the returned glasses must be provided to our Customer Service team together with the reference code issued.
- Should the customer decide to choose a frame of higher value, the difference will be charged.
- We do NOT refund for shipping and handling costs.
- Progressive, Bifocal and Trifocal Orders
- There is a $10 restocking fee on progressive, bifocal and trifocal orders.
Designer Frames (branded), Sunglasses, Sport frames, and Accessories are not included in the return and refund policy.
